Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily floor support to sales teams, delivering high‑touch clientelling and personalised service to retain and grow clientele.
- Manage inventory operations including stock receipt, replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and maintaining visual stock accuracy.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) and CRM systems to process transactions, manage customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment activities (click‑and‑collect, ship‑from‑store, returns) and ensure seamless customer experience across channels.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including window dressing, product placement and signage updates.
- Prepare and present sales and operational reports to store management; monitor KPIs and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding and informal coaching of junior sales staff; enforce loss prevention protocols and maintain operational compliance.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation and ad hoc administrative tasks as required by store leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales support experience, preferably within a premium or designer brand.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and executing clienteling programmes.
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment and handling transactional responsibilities with accuracy.

Experience
Typically requires three or more years of progressive retail experience, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrable exposure to inventory control, clienteling and omnichannel operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or post‑secondary studies in retail, fashion or business preferred.
