Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational support for retail and wholesale sales teams, managing order entry, allocations and shipment tracking to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Process and reconcile sales orders, returns and exchanges in the CRM/POS systems while maintaining strict accuracy and audit trails.
  • Act as liaison between sales, merchandising, inventory planning and distribution to resolve stock issues and optimise product flow.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales and performance reports, sales forecasts and ad-hoc analyses for commercial stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sample and showroom requests, client gifting and bespoke service fulfilment for key accounts and VIP clients.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and escalations in partnership with Customer Service and Store Management.
  • Support implementation of sales initiatives, promotional calendars and product launches across channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales support, retail operations or sales administration within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced, commercial environment and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion handling confidential client and commercial information.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in sales support, retail operations or customer service within luxury or premium retail environments.

Education
