Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive sales support on the shop floor by assisting Client Advisors with clienteling, appointment management and follow-up to drive repeat business and conversion.
- Execute inventory control and stockroom workflows including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to ensure visual standards and product availability.
- Operate point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process exchanges/returns in accordance with brand policies and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising and on-floor presentation to brand guidelines, performing product rotation and planogram compliance.
- Prepare and maintain sales and stock reports, analyse daily performance indicators and brief the store management team on trends and actions.
- Support store operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, loss prevention activities and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Train and mentor junior retail staff on client service techniques, product knowledge and store procedures as required.
- Coordinate logistics for special events, private client appointments and store-level marketing initiatives to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in luxury or premium retail with a strong client service orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
- Proven ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and execute stockroom operations.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods; able to work retail shift patterns.
- Authorised to work in the United States (or country of hire).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales or store operations, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion/accessories brand; progressive responsibility supporting sales teams and managing store processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
