Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive operational and administrative support to store teams to optimise sales performance and client experience.
  • Manage inventory control tasks including stock reconciliation, receiving and replenishment to ensure visual and merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Support point-of-sale activities and cash-handling procedures, resolving transactional discrepancies and liaising with finance as required.
  • Assist with clienteling activities: maintain client records, coordinate follow-ups, and support VIP servicing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver routine sales and operational reports to regional management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics for product transfers, repairs and returns; partner with warehouse and distribution teams to expedite fulfilment.
  • Contribute to in-store visual merchandising setups and seasonal rollouts, ensuring brand presentation and compliance with guidelines.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer enquiries not resolved by frontline staff, preserving brand standards in service recovery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of progressive retail or client services experience, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of retail operations, inventory processes and merchandising standards.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience with cash handling and transactional reconciliation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
