Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, ensuring smooth execution of client appointments, sales transactions and follow-up communications.
- Maintain clienteling activities and CRM records to drive repeat business and long‑term client relationships.
- Assist with inventory control including stock replenishment, cycle counts, transfers and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Support merchandising and visual presentation to uphold brand standards and campaign execution in-store.
- Process sales and returns accurately using the point-of-sale system; reconcile daily sales and prepare basic operational reports.
- Train and coach junior sales staff on procedures, product knowledge and service protocols; act as a subject-matter resource on store operations.
- Collaborate with district managers and corporate teams on initiatives such as product launches, promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education in retail, business or hospitality preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail or sales support experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrated clienteling and CRM experience with a track record of driving client retention.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes and basic financial reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished customer service demeanour.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.

Three or more years of hands-on retail experience, including at least one year supporting store operations or client services within a premium or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma required; associate degree or diploma in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.
