Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to retail and wholesale sales teams, including order processing, inventory reconciliation and shipment coordination.
  • Serve as primary liaison between stores, regional management and centralized functions to resolve stock, pricing and clienteling issues.
  • Maintain and update CRM and sales reporting systems to ensure accurate client files, sales metrics and KPI dashboards.
  • Coordinate store replenishment, markdowns and transfers in accordance with merchandising plans and seasonal launches.
  • Support visual merchandising rollouts and promotional execution by scheduling deliveries and preparing merchandising materials.
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and coordinate with customer service and after‑sales teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses, sales summaries and operational reports for regional leadership and retail managers.
  • Train and coach store staff on systems, processes and best practices when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting retail sales operations within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to process and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise across teams and levels.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with POS, inventory and CRM systems; aptitude to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
