Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to maximize sales and client experience, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive, tag, replenish stock, perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
  • Execute clienteling activities and maintain client records to support retention and personalized service.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with distribution, visual merchandising and store leadership to implement floor moves, displays and product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational and sales reports to store and district management.
  • Assist with onboarding and informal training of sales staff on operational procedures and product knowledge.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, shipment tracking and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in retail operations, sales support, or luxury brand environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling, inventory control and POS transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first service orientation and polished professional presence.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; capacity to lift and move merchandise boxes.

Experience
