Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in a sales support, retail operations or client services role within luxury or premium retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks under deadline pressure.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours when required, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Experience
