Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate II in Tilton, New Hampshire. Part‑time role focused on POS, inventory and premium client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support day‑to‑day sales floor activities, suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safely handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
- Act as a brand ambassador in store and support local market engagement and social media activities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical movements on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); prior experience in luxury retail or premium service environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
