Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and throughout the sales floor, anticipating needs and creating a lasting brand impression.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media per company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap area.
• Receive, process, document and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain on-floor presentation to brand standards.
• Support floor selling activities, make product suggestions and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom.
• Support local brand presence, engage in-store social media initiatives and act as a brand ambassador in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Proven accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions; familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail settings; experience with cashiering, stockroom operations and customer-facing roles preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
