Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap and create lasting brand impressions.
- Operate POS systems and mobile checkout devices to process sales, returns, repairs, and exchanges in accordance with company standards.
- Promote company initiatives at point of sale, including the Insider Program, add-on selling, and gift card transactions.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, media management, and complete end-of-shift audits with management oversight.
- Keep the cashwrap area organized and report equipment or operational issues promptly.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cashier or retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
- Proven ability to maintain cash-handling accuracy and follow loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of experience in cashier or retail roles; prior luxury retail or brand-facing experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
