Coach Sales Support Associate II in Orlando, Florida – retail fashion role offering competitive hourly pay ($15–$21.75/hr), benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Regularly lift and transport merchandise (25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally); climb, bend, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- One or more year of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to read and understand price and product release sheets
- Competency with walkie-talkie communication devices
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
