Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and deliver personalized, attentive service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
  • Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and preserve stockroom order and cleanliness.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support loss prevention procedures.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales goals.
  • Support social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador when required.
  • Respond to customer requests confidently, multitask across sales-floor duties, and escalate to management as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales)—preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer/Internet tools; comfortable using walkie talkies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English proficiency required for EU roles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; to climb, bend and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience—cashiering, stocking or direct sales—ideally within a luxury retail environment; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, or business is a plus.
