Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the retail sales team, ensuring seamless client service and follow-through on sales opportunities.
- Manage client communications and appointment scheduling, including CRM updates and follow-up activities to drive client retention.
- Oversee inventory tasks: receive and process deliveries, conduct cycle counts, reconcile stock discrepancies and coordinate replenishment.
- Process transactions and returns accurately at the POS; support cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare sales and operational reports using CRM and Excel; monitor KPIs and escalate trends or issues to store leadership.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation standards, assist with store resets and sample management as required.
- Coordinate with regional sales operations and logistics teams to resolve client orders, special requests and shipment enquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail operations or sales support experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Proven ability to manage CRM tasks, appointments and client data with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical aptitude and demonstrable experience with cash handling and POS transaction procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to liaise with clients, store teams and cross‑functional partners.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work a variable retail schedule.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail operations or sales support experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion. Demonstrated history of working with CRM tools, POS systems and supporting store-level sales processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or degree in business, retail management, merchandising or related discipline preferred.
