Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to retail stores and regional managers, acting as a primary liaison between store teams and corporate functions.
- Process and manage store orders, stock transfers, returns and adjustments; ensure inventory records are accurate and timely.
- Prepare and distribute sales, inventory and KPI reports to retail leadership; analyse trends and flag exceptions.
- Support CRM and clienteling activities by maintaining customer records, assisting with client outreach programs and resolving escalated service issues.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and warehouse partners; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with point-of-sale (POS) troubleshooting, store system rollouts, and training materials for store teams.
- Collaborate with merchandising, visual, and loss-prevention teams to support store replenishment, markdowns and stock integrity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail operations, sales support, merchandising operations or an equivalent administrative role—luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple store or regional requests under tight deadlines.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and reconciling inventory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organisation.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience supporting retail operations or sales teams, with demonstrable exposure to inventory control, order management and store-facing processes; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or related field preferred.
