Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and assist the sales team in achieving store commercial targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, returns and exchanges, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock replenishment, execute cycle counts and write accurate inventory reports.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to present product assortments and seasonal displays that reflect brand directives.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as CRM updates, sales reporting, appointment coordination and preparation of shipment/return documentation.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention efforts by following security procedures, monitoring stockroom organization and reporting discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor junior store colleagues on operational procedures, product knowledge and client service best practices when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable success in client service and store operations.
  • Proven ability to handle POS transactions, manage cash, and complete accurate daily reconciliations.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory accuracy and visual standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods; ability to work standing shifts and handle routine physical tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
