Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to retail teams, enabling efficient in-store sales activity and superior client service.
  • Process and track store replenishment orders, transfers and markdowns; reconcile stock movements and assist with inventory audits.
  • Support clienteling activities by preparing client portfolios, managing appointment logistics and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for store management, analyse basic sales trends and escalate anomalies to regional leadership.
  • Coordinate with distribution, visual merchandising and retail operations to implement promotional rollouts and product launches.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad-hoc store enquiries, liaising with finance, loss prevention and HR to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail operations, sales support or back‑of‑house retail functions within luxury or premium brands.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong client service orientation with experience supporting VIP or appointment-based client programs.
  • Proven accuracy with inventory reconciliation and order management processes.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.

Experience
