Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive in-store support to sales teams, including clienteling, appointment management and follow-up to drive client retention and conversion.
- Administer daily store operations: process sales transactions, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Coordinate inventory activities such as receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution to preserve stock integrity.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational and sales reports to store leadership, highlighting client KPIs and merchandising issues.
- Assist with visual merchandising and floor sets to uphold brand standards and maximize sell-through of featured assortments.
- Serve as first point of contact for client enquiries and coordinate with centralized teams (CRM, e‑commerce, inventory) to resolve client issues.
- Support onboarding and training for new colleagues on procedures, systems and client service protocols when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, business or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium environment; typically 2+ years in sales support, client services or store operations.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy in cash handling, basic accounting and POS transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented, client-first disposition.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak season demands.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on retail or luxury sales-support experience, with demonstrated competence in clienteling, inventory control and daily store operations.
Education
