Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive sales-floor support to store leadership and sales advisors, facilitating client appointments and follow-ups.
- Execute clienteling activities: maintain VIP client records, manage outreach, and coordinate personalized service and after‑sales care.
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, merchandising, cycle counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Operate point‑of‑sale transactions and assist with refunds, exchanges and order fulfillment, ensuring accurate cash handling and documentation.
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation through product styling, fixture maintenance and seasonal sets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and administrative paperwork; liaise with store operations, distribution and corporate teams as required.
- Coach and mentor junior associates on luxury service standards and product knowledge when requested by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and clienteling with a track record of cultivating repeat business.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for inventory, cash handling and reporting tasks.
