Coach in New York is hiring a Sales Support Associate II to support store operations, clienteling and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide discreet, high-touch client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate point-of-sale transactions.
- Manage inventory tasks: receive and process shipments, perform cycle counts, replenish stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the salesfloor reflects seasonal directives and brand presentation guidelines.
- Assist the store management team with sales reporting, KPI tracking and follow-up on client communications using store CRM.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, maintain security protocols and contribute to a safe, compliant retail environment.
- Act as a liaison between frontline sales and back-office functions to ensure seamless client fulfilment and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and style-conscious clientele.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium or specialty brands, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
