Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for one or multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth daily store functioning and adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist store leadership with sales administration including POS transaction oversight, refunds, exchanges and accurate cash reconciliation.
  • Manage clienteling tools and CRM records to support personalised client outreach, appointment booking and follow-up activity.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports and KPIs; deliver actionable insights to store management to optimise performance.
  • Coordinate inventory processes: receive and process shipments, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies and liaise with distribution/merchandising teams.
  • Support visual merchandising setup and maintenance to ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
  • Act as a liaison between store operations and cross-functional partners (merchandise planning, logistics, HR) to resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding of junior sales staff on systems, processes and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience in retail operations, sales administration or client services; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage POS, inventory and CRM processes with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, peak retail periods and occasional extended hours.

Experience
