Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, high-touch service to clients on the sales floor and via phone or email to uphold brand standards and drive conversion.
- Support store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory counts and back-of-house organisation to ensure visual and operational readiness.
- Maintain clienteling records and follow up on leads, appointments and post-sale care to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions while adhering to loss-prevention and cash-control policies.
- Prepare shipping and returns, process repairs and liaise with regional service teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with store leadership on visual merchandising sets, promotions and product launches to maximise sell-through.
Qualifications
- Proven history of delivering exceptional client service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and personalised client experiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable handling cash and reconciling transactions; attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures as required by store operations.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of client-facing experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium segment. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and support store operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, hospitality, or business is advantageous.
