Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive sales and clienteling support to store sales teams, including follow-up calls, appointment coordination and VIP servicing.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges with impeccable accuracy and discretion.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities: receive, tag, replenish stock and execute cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as sales reconciliation, reporting, and CRM updates to support store operations.
- Assist with in-store events, product launches and private client experiences to drive conversion and retention.
- Handle cash management and deposits in accordance with company procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Resolve client enquiries and service issues promptly, escalating complex matters to store management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
- Strong client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Comfortable working retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Excellent numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory tasks.
- Professional presentation and a service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury retail standards.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in retail or luxury brand environments, with demonstrable success in sales support, client service or store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in retail, fashion, merchandising or business preferred.
