Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to a retail store, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Execute clienteling activities: maintain client records, follow up on requests, and assist with appointments and special orders.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and transfers, liaising with the warehouse as required.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store floor moves, display maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as reporting, replenishment orders, and coordination with merchandising and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail experience; prior experience with a premium or luxury fashion brand strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability in clienteling and delivering high-touch customer service to a discerning clientele.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and inventory control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
