Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch support to store sales associates to deliver exemplary luxury client service and achieve daily sales objectives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, exchanges and returns, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving, replenishment and stockroom organisation; coordinate transfers and markdown processes.
- Manage clienteling activities including maintaining CRM records, executing follow-ups and supporting VIP client outreach initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising and on-floor presentation to uphold brand standards and assist with store resets and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver timely administrative and reporting tasks (sales reports, KPI tracking, shipment documentation) to store leadership.
- Act as liaison between store and district/regional teams to facilitate communications, training rollouts and operational initiatives.
