Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate for its Frisco, Texas location to provide essential support across store operations, customer service, and inventory management. The role combines point-of-sale proficiency, product knowledge, and sales floor maintenance to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient retail environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail setting, and a commitment to embodying Coach's brand values.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Process shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates and maintenance
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Respond to customer requests with confidence and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Regularly lift, carry, climb, bend, and kneel to maneuver sales floor and stockroom merchandise (up to 50 lbs occasionally; 25 lbs regularly)

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales role, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
• Experience with iPad/laptop, Mobile POS systems, and Internet applications
• Ability to use walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

Education

A combination of retail experience and relevant education will be considered; no specific degree is required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
