Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in strict adherence to company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and sustain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support store presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted and support local brand initiatives including social engagement.
- Support loss prevention protocols and maintain housekeeping standards; respond to customer requests and partner with colleagues and management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with POS and register systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in salesfloor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment. Demonstrated experience operating POS systems and handling inventory is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
