Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients at the cash wrap and sales floor with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalised service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash, payment media and till reconciliation in accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain orderly, clean stockroom conditions.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support housekeeping standards.
• Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
• Support store loss-prevention protocols and partner with management and sales teams to resolve customer requests and floor activities.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale/cash register systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
