Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an organized, clean stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture permitted customer information to support clienteling.
- Support team sales activities and respond to customer requests confidently; escalate to management when appropriate.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
- Serve as a brand ambassador locally and support in-store social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Proven cash handling and POS experience; familiarity with Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational discipline and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience with hands-on cashiering, stockroom handling or sales; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant retail training is advantageous.
