Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate II in Elizabeth, NJ to manage POS, stockroom operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, unpack and process incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales goals.
- Support on-floor selling activities and respond to customer requests, collaborating with sales colleagues and management as required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and safety protocols.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and contribute to store-level social media engagement when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales) — experience in a luxury retail environment preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and market competitive activity.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organisational proficiency and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required; preference given to candidates with luxury retail or cashier/stockroom backgrounds. A combination of formal education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience acceptable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
