Coach in Chicago (444 N. Michigan Ave.) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate II to manage POS, stockroom operations and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client welcome and personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with store policy.
  • Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and assist with visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
  • Respond to customer requests on the sales floor, escalate to management as needed, and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Support cross-functional store activities and collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient store operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and willingness to use Mobile POS and walkie talkie.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required.

Experience

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
