Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.
- Operate POS systems and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, maintain stockroom organisation and execute stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards to preserve brand presentation.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support clienteling activities.
- Respond to customer requests on the sales floor and collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and participate in store-wide operational initiatives, including social media engagement in the local market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, POS/Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer/Internet usage.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), ideally gained in a luxury retail or premium service environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
