Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service at all customer touchpoints, including welcoming clients, responding to inquiries and executing follow-up clienteling activities.
- Support daily store operations: process sales transactions, manage returns and exchanges, handle cash and maintain accurate POS records.
- Assist with inventory control: receive shipments, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring product displays, signage and fixtures meet brand standards.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to loss-prevention and safety policies.
- Complete administrative tasks such as daily sales reporting, CRM updates and coordination with store management to achieve KPI targets.
