Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to optimise the client experience, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and presentation standards.

- Prepare and organise visual merchandising resets and promotional displays under direction from visual or store leadership.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, fashion, or hospitality advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Reliable availability for retail scheduling, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in a retail environment, including prolonged standing and light lifting.
