Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service and operational support in a luxury retail environment. This role encompasses cash-wrap transactions, sales-floor assistance, inventory management, and brand representation. The successful candidate will maintain product flow accuracy from receipt through point of sale, execute visual merchandising updates, and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers in a fast-paced setting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and local market presence
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash-wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with regulations
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently in partnership with team or management
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and transport merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom efficiently

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkies and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement; a high school diploma or equivalent is typical for retail support roles.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
