Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to optimise the client experience, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and presentation standards.
  • Assist sales associates with client servicing activities such as clienteling, gift wrapping, and follow-up communications to drive retention and conversion.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions, and perform cash handling and reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain inventory controls: receive and process deliveries, conduct cycle counts, and promptly report discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Prepare and organise visual merchandising resets and promotional displays under direction from visual or store leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative retail environment by supporting loss-prevention protocols and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, fashion, or hospitality advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
  • Reliable availability for retail scheduling, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in a retail environment, including prolonged standing and light lifting.

Experience
