Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, personalised customer service to support the sales team and cultivate client relationships.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system and manage cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods typical of retail operations.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and basic inventory tasks.
