Coach in Auburn, WA seeks a Sales Support Associate I to manage POS, inventory and customer service for its outlet store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Maintain sales floor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support selling activities by suggesting add‑ons, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention protocols and maintain housekeeping standards across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Contribute to local brand presence including supporting store social media initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and mobile/portable POS solutions; basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to bend, climb and maneuver throughout sales and stock areas.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, preferably with cashier/stockroom responsibilities and exposure to luxury retail service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Auburn, Washington, USA, with easy access to Seattle.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
