Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately while maintaining cash wrap organization and handling cash/media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market while supporting social media engagement
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team members or management as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to utilize two-way radios and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of education and prior retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications are valued but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
