Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
• Replenish merchandise, manage stock levels, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
• Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer data where permitted, and support social media engagement as a local brand ambassador.
• Support loss prevention procedures and collaborate with store management and colleagues to resolve customer requests and operational issues.
• Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting and moving merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
• Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
