Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Support Associate in Houston, TX (Memorial City) — handle cash‑wrap, merchandising, stock operations and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and provide personalized, solution‑oriented assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Support visual merchandising standards: replenish merchandise, execute on‑floor visual updates and maintain presentation integrity.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and accuracy.
- Promote add‑on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media engagement as a local brand ambassador.
- Assist with loss prevention practices, housekeeping standards and ad‑hoc sales floor activities; collaborate with peers and management to meet store targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales experience); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency using cash register systems and Mobile POS solutions; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie on the sales floor.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required, preferably in a luxury retail or premium customer service environment; experience handling cash transactions, stockroom duties and on‑floor merchandising is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
