Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; handle cash, card and other media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and escalate to management as required.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and locally, supporting social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform physical tasks including lifting and inventory handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer operations; able to read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand retail settings and who have cashier/stockroom experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
