Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Hershey, PA. $15–$18.50/hr. Retail sales, POS operations, inventory management in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to use walkie talkie systems and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
