Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Hershey, PA. Part-time retail position offering $15–$18.50/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating customer needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to use walkie-talkie communication systems and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English language proficiency
