Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating customer needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale platforms
• Basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkie communication systems and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Experience

Minimum 1 or more years of previous retail experience, such as cashier operations, stock management, or sales, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
