Coach Sales Support Associate in Hanover, Maryland—part-time retail role with POS operations, inventory, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in luxury retail)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkies and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment, in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales representative. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Hanover, Maryland, USA, within easy reach of Baltimore.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
