Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate their needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
• Operate the POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Suggest add-on products and promotions, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance the customer relationship
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement and brand visibility initiatives
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and strictly adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience)
• Preferably experienced in a luxury retail service environment or high-end retail setting
• Knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
• Familiarity with walkie talkie communication systems
• Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and product information
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
