Coach Sales Support Associate, Halton Hills, ON. Part-time luxury retail role with flexible scheduling, $17.60–$22.00/hr, benefits included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention and security guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS, internet navigation)
- Ability to use walkie talkies and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capacity to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver store environments regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or direct sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail service setting. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional formal education may substitute for a portion of the required retail experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
