Coach — Halton Hills, Ontario: Part-time Sales Support Associate II. Customer-facing cash-wrap, stockroom and merchandising role. Pay CAD 17.60–22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash wrap, process payments and follow cash-handling policies.
  • Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
  • Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
  • Support the sales floor by responding to customer requests, recommending add-on products and promoting gift cards.
  • Capture customer information where permitted and support local brand marketing and social media engagement.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist in store operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet).
  • Demonstrable attention to detail, organisational ability and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing and kneeling.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, with cashier and stockroom exposure preferred; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is an asset.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
