Coach in Halton Hills, Ontario is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate II to manage cash wrap, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
  • Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and ensure stockroom cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to reflect current standards.
  • Suggest add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand and social media engagement.
  • Support loss prevention procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the retail environment.
  • Work collaboratively with sales associates and management to respond to customer requests and to support peak business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; proficient with iPad/laptop and basic internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience in cashiering, stock management or customer-facing sales; experience in luxury retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
