Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in strict accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
• Support general sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency including the use of iPad and laptop.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail settings; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
