Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized guidance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as an internal brand ambassador and support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform climbing, bending, kneeling as required for sales floor and stockroom operations

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale platforms
• Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and Internet navigation
• Familiarity with walkie talkie communication and ability to read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles is preferred; combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

No specific educational requirement stated; high school diploma or equivalent is standard for retail support roles.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
