Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policies
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and customer relationship management
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines to protect company assets

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie talkies and understand price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
